When will my order be shipped?

When will my cargo arrive?

After the product is shipped, it will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days depending on your location. Delivery time may be extended in mobile regions

What time will my product be delivered?

Your order is sent to the delivery address you specified during the working hours (weekdays and Saturdays) between 09:00 and 17:00.

With which cargo will my order be sent?

Your orders will be sent with Surat Cargo.

Can I order with payment at the door?

Yes, you can place an order on our website with payment at the door. You can also place an order on our website via credit card and EFT / money order.

My order arrived while I was away. What can I do?

The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. If you are not at your address, a note is left stating that you can pick up your order from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned.

Will I pay for shipping?​

You will not pay a shipping fee for your purchases of 200 TL or more from our site. For your purchases under 200 TL, the shipping fee will be reflected on your invoice as 10 TL.

Will I be charged for return and exchange shipping?

Except for defective products, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
