Returns and Exchanges
You can request a return for the products you purchased through Fahhar.com (in whole or in parts) by returning them to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided they are unused and the tags are intact. Products may only be returned if they are unused, due to hygiene regulations. All products are subject to an unconditional right of return.
For your order return/exchange requests, please submit an online request using the easy return request form on Fahhar.com. This will allow us to complete your transaction more quickly. You can then deliver your package to the courier representative at the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch by providing Fahhar's shipping customer code (provided by the system) and then the return shipping code. The shipping cost (₺99.90) for all items other than defective items is covered by the customer. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged any shipping fees. You can also follow these steps for orders without a membership.
The products you submit by creating a return request are inspected by our return shipping department. Returns are approved for unused products with intact tags. Payment for approved returns will be processed according to your payment method. If the returned product is not defective, the shipping fee (₺99.90) will be deducted from the refund amount. You will not be charged for shipping.
The amount of your credit card purchase and approved refund will be transferred to your account or credit card within fourteen (14) business days. The total amount of your credit card purchase will be refunded to your bank. Depending on your bank's service policy, the refund will be transferred to your account in installments or in full. The refund fee transferred to your account will be charged according to your bank's business day and business hours.
After you deliver the products you purchased via money order, you can contact our customer representatives via our Instagram account @fahhardesign or 05551029330 to provide your IBAN number. Once your return is approved, the refund will be refunded to you using the IBAN number you provided to our customer representative.
There are no exchanges for products purchased through Fahhar.com. If you wish to change an order for any reason, you must first return the existing product and then place a new order.
In accordance with consumer rights, you can exercise your right of withdrawal from your order before it is shipped. To do this, you must contact customer service via WhatsApp at 05551029330 to inform them of the order or product you wish to cancel before we notify you via email that your order has been shipped.
If your order has been delivered to cargo, you can exercise your right of return within fourteen (14) days in accordance with consumer protection law.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, or you can exchange it if it's in stock. The product you wish to exchange or return must be in undamaged packaging, unworn/unused, unwashed, or dry-cleaned.
For errors and defects in our products caused by production, you can contact us and have them shipped with a cash on delivery payment.
For your return and exchange cargo, you can create a request in the My Account > Return Requests section or contact us at 05551029330 and get the necessary information and send it to us with the Yurtiçi Kargo customer code 999899831.
For customers who paid by card, refunds will be refunded to their credit card, or for customers who ordered via EFT/money transfer, refunds will be refunded to the bank account provided. A refund request will be issued within 14 days. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to you varies depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer, except for defective products. Shipments made by other than contracted courier companies will not be accepted.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
You can track your shipment by logging in and going to My Account/Orders page.
Once the product is shipped, it will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days , depending on your location. Delivery times may be longer in mobile areas.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address you specified during the cargo working hours of 09:30 - 17:00 (weekdays and Saturdays).
Your orders can be sent with Yurtiçi Kargo or, if you are within the delivery area, with Kargoist.
The courier company will deliver your order to the address you provided. If you are not there, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your order at the nearest branch. If you do not collect your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be refunded.
You won't pay shipping fees for purchases of 2,500 TL or more on our website. For purchases under 2,500 TL, a 99.90 TL fee will be reflected on your invoice at the time of ordering.
